- Run: 1 mile – 80% ME
- Squats: 4x8 – 80kg
- Leg Press: 4x8 – 80kg
- Romanian Deadlift: 3x20 – 80kg
- Leg Extension: 3x20 – 80kg
- Exercise Bike: 5 minutes – 80% ME
Guideline:
Rest 30 – 60 seconds between each set. Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
