It’s Leg Day today, this workout will test your lower body strength and cardio capacity:

RX Version!

  • Run: 1 mile – 80% ME
  • Squats: 4x8 – 80kg
  • Leg Press: 4x8 – 80kg
  • Romanian Deadlift: 3x20 – 80kg
  • Leg Extension: 3x20 – 80kg
  • Exercise Bike: 5 minutes – 80% ME

Guideline:

Rest 30 – 60 seconds between each set. Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
