RX Version – 5 Rounds On Time!

  • Sprint: 100m – On Time!
  • DB Press: 20 Reps – 40kg
  • Push Ups: 12 Reps - Bodyweight
  • Burpees: 8 Reps - Bodyweight
  • Sprint: 100m – On Time!

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
