  • Pull Ups: 100 Reps - Body Weight
  • Push Ups: 50 Reps - Body Weight
  • Burpees: 100 Reps - Body Weight
  • Squats: 50 Reps - Body Weight
  • Sit Ups: 100 Reps - Sit Ups
  • 500m Rower: On Time
  • Skipping: 50 Reps - Body Weight
