This workout will test your chest and triceps, as well as your cardio capacity.

RX Version – 5 Rounds On Time!

  • Sprint: 100m – On Time!
  • DB Press: 20 Reps – 40kg
  • Overhead Tricep Extension: 20 Reps – 20kg
  • Push Up: 20 Reps - Bodyweight
  • Bench Dip: 20 Reps – Bodyweight

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
