RX Version – On Time!

  • Sprint: 800m – On Time!
  • Air Squats: 50 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Lunges: 40 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Dynamic Lunges: 30 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Jump Squats: 20 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Burpees: 10 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Sprint: 800m – On Time!

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
