- Air Squats: 50 Reps – Bodyweight
- Lunges: 40 Reps – Bodyweight
- Dynamic Lunges: 30 Reps – Bodyweight
- Jump Squats: 20 Reps – Bodyweight
- Burpees: 10 Reps – Bodyweight
- Sprint: 800m – On Time!
