  • Rower: 1000m – On Time!
  • Thrusters: 50 Reps – 40kg
  • Rower: 800m – On Time!
  • Push Press: 40 Reps – 40kg
  • Rower: 600m – On Time!
  • Hang Clean: 30 Reps – 40kg
  • Rower: 400m – On Time!
  • Power Clean: 20 Reps – 40kg
  • Rower: 200m – On Time!

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
