[How to use?]

We recommend a serving size of 1-2 heaped scoops.

To mix, combine with 250-300ml/scoop of water (note: cold tastes best!).

For optimal benefits and performance during training, we advise taking both before and after training (1-2 scoops per drink).

However, on non-training days product can be used between meals to support hydration and replenishment, if preferred.
