But if you’re a little confused on just when to use Amino Energy Tea Series, or how to take Amino Energy Tea Series, don’t stress! MAK Crew have put together a simple guide on how to use Amino Energy Tea Series to keep you covered.

Serving Size:

2 scoops (2g)

Recommended Intake:

Mix two scoops of Amino Energy Tea Series by Optimum Nutrition in 300-350 ml of water. Ideally use for:

  • Pre-Workout
  • Post-Workout
  • Anytime Energy
  • Morning

Additional Tips:

  • FOR AN AMINO ACID BOOST: Consume one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals.
  • FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY: Take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training.
  • FOR POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY: Take 1-2 servings immediately after training.
