The first time I took it in a sample packet and it worked great,but after a few months later I bought a Sicario pre workout and the taste of green candy wasn't anything special,soon later the itchiness came rolling in,and the energy was nowhere to be seen,I thought I was going to have a great workout with this fairly priced pre workout but I didn't, I usually buy the cheap ones at half the price and they work better and I was left with a session as if I didn't take any pre workout at all,not satisfied with this,it should have lower beta alanine to stop the itchiness because it was very annoying
