Serving Size:

We recommend a serving size of 1 scoop of Sicario Pre-Workout. And believe us legends, this one is relatively hard hitting. Before you puff your chest and tackle 2, please start with one and assess your tolerance.

Recommended Intake:

To consume, mix one serving (1 scoop) per 4 ounces of water, and drink 30-45 minutes before workout - so you’re hitting the sweet spot from your scoop right when you hit the gym!

Additional Tips:

Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
