More information about CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is present in certain food types such as kangaroo, beef, cheese, eggs and mushrooms. Found in its highest concentrations in grass fed beef, it can be an expensive healthy fatty acid to derive from diet alone. With proposed benefits of weight loss support, blood sugar regulation and muscle loss prevention, CLA is a product to add in to any weight loss program.
The problem is how do you make sure you’re losing fat and not the muscle you've trained so hard to build? Outside of meticulous calorie and macronutrient control, muscle loss is an unfortunate occurrence during fat loss but when taken daily CLA may help reduce this.
These supplements support your energy for hard training on low-carb diets and can be found in either powdered drinks or in capsules for your convenience.
Additionally CLA may also promote muscle growth, support healthy joints and will keep you energised and ready to work.
